More Than a Number: 10 Years of Commitment

Last Monday, December 15, we officially celebrated 10 years without accidents—an achievement that is not just a number, but the result of thousands of correct decisions and the daily commitment of every worker. Ten years without accidents means ten years of returning home safely, embracing our families, and working with confidence. This does not happen by chance, but because every person understands that safety is a value, not an obligation. It is achieved when unsafe practices are corrected, risks are reported, and coworkers are cared for as we care for ourselves.

This anniversary is possible thanks to those who use their personal protective equipment, follow procedures, and prioritize safety over urgency. Working safely does not slow productivity down it improves it. A safe workplace is an efficient and proud workplace.

Safety is not only about preventing accidents; it is about building a culture where people speak up, learn, and continuously improve. Ten years without accidents prove that productivity and care for people go hand in hand. Today, we are not only celebrating the past, but also renewing our commitment to the future: maintaining this achievement depends on continuing to act with attention and responsibility. Every action counts, and every decision matters.

Congratulations to everyone on 10 years of people returning home safely!
